Dermal filler is made up of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is already found in our skin. The treatments should last 6-12 months depending on the individual and 4 monthly top ups are advised to maintain best results.
Lip Filler
Filler is injected into the body and boarder of the lip area using various sharp needle techniques to plump and shape the lips.
The classic lip filler technique can be used to create natural results as well as volume plump results. The clinic stocks various filler brands so on the day of your treatment we will discuss your desired out come and current lip structure and decide which product will be best for you.
The Russian lip filler technique is used to create a very enhanced lip shape. This is not a natural result. This advanced technique is used to lift your Cupid’s bow and drop your lower lip creating a heart shaped effect. Your lips should remain relatively flat, eliminating the ‘duck’ look. To achieve the true Russian lip result you need to ideally have no previous filler in your lips. Previous filler will effect the true results so dissolving previous filler maybe considered before this treatment.
The exact amount of lip filler used will be determined by Rose, it may be that the whole syringe is not needed.
