Covid-19 guidelines

Covid-19 guidelines I will be contacting every client the day before your treatment to make sure you have no Covid symptoms. If you have recently had the virus you must be 14 days clear. Appointments can be rescheduled if so. I will not be treating any high risk clients or clients who are showing symptoms.

On arrival you will again have to complete a Covid medical form/disclaimer to say that you are symptom free and that you have not been in contact with anyone, to your knowledge, suffering from the virus in the past 14 days, as well as the usual consent and medical forms. If on arrival you are showing symptoms and you have not phoned ahead to reschedule, your appointment will be cancelled with no deposit refund.

I will only allow 1 Client in the clinic at one time. No family members or friends will be allowed in with you. If you are early please do not come in until your time slot. If you are late please give me warning. You may have to be moved to a different time slot.

I have spaced all my bookings out, Leaving time to clean and fully sterilise the area in between clients – something that was always being done.

I will be wearing full PPE. This includes a full visor for facial treatments especially lip filler. I was initially concerned about this treatment but the government has advised that ‘ There is no requirement for the client to wear any additional protection such as a mask or face covering, when the practitioner is wearing a visor”. So you will be safe. I will also be standing to the side and not straight in front of you as per government advice.

Please wear a face mask for all treatments that don’t involve your mouth or lower face. I will not provide these – I have kept my treatment prices the same, if people are not bringing their own mask I will be charging extra for the use of my supply.

Please pay by card or bank transfer.

Please sterilise you hands at the station set up at the top of the stairs when you arrive and when you leave – there are also hand washing facilities if needed preferred.

I am not allowed to provide drinks, please bring water if needed.
